Equistone takes majority holding in Rhodius

Equistone has acquired the shares of an investor consortium involving majority shareholders NORD Holding and BayBG Bayerische Beteiligungsgesellschaft. "Rhodius will continue to lead the way when it comes to innovations in vehicle safety and environmental engineering.
