How Is Our
Knitted Mesh Manufactured?
Our knitted mesh is custom-produced on circular knitting machines as an "endless" tube. Depending on the required specifications, important parameters such as mesh width, loop size, or crimping can be freely selected to meet your needs perfectly.
We use machines developed in our in-house mechanical engineering department, ensuring that our equipment is always well-maintained, highly flexible, and extremely efficient.

The tubular mesh can be supplied to customers as roll stock or further processed by us. By folding or layering, the mesh is formed into various shapes and turned into knitted mesh elements.
Another option is to compress the mesh into pressed parts. When combined with other materials, this allows us to create ready-to-install components – manufactured with the highest precision and designed for easy handling by the customer.
To achieve optimal product performance, we can also knit multiple materials together into combination meshes. Production is precisely tailored to the intended application to ensure maximum functionality and effectiveness.
